When you access or use BookPrinta, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and any related policies referenced on the platform.

If you use the service on behalf of another person, publisher, or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind them to these terms.

BookPrinta provides services related to manuscript intake, text preparation, formatting, design coordination, print production, previews, and delivery support, depending on the package, add-ons, or custom quote you select.

Service timelines and outputs may vary based on manuscript quality, revision requests, approval speed, provider availability, and operational constraints.

Prices shown on the website or issued in a custom quote apply only to the services and quantities selected for your order. Payments may be processed through providers such as Paystack, Stripe, PayPal, or verified bank transfer.

Production, fulfillment, or delivery work may begin only after payment is successfully confirmed. You are responsible for accurate billing information and for any approved extra charges, including add-ons, revisions, shipping, or page overages.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Once you approve a final preview or production has begun, refunds are generally not available because manufacturing and fulfillment work may already be in progress.

If a verified error is caused by BookPrinta, we may decide to provide a correction, reprint, service credit, or partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, contact us promptly through our contact page or by email at hello@bookprinta.com so we can review the matter.

You remain responsible for every file, image, manuscript, and instruction you submit to BookPrinta. You must own the necessary rights or have permission to use and publish that content.

Submitted content must not be unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise harmful, and it must not include malicious or unsafe files.

We may ask for clarification, proof of ownership, or additional review before processing content that raises legal, editorial, or safety concerns.

BookPrinta may decline, pause, or cancel an order if submitted content or instructions violate these terms, applicable law, the rights of others, payment verification requirements, or operational limitations.

We may also request edits, proof of ownership, identity confirmation, or payment confirmation before continuing with a project.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookPrinta is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business interruption, data loss, or reputational harm.

You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and final approval of your manuscript, metadata, uploaded files, and production instructions.

Where liability cannot be excluded, BookPrinta's total liability for a claim connected to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to try to resolve it in good faith first. If that is not possible, the dispute will be handled by a court with competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.
